Russ sits on the board of Aspen Heights Awake, a nonprofit that actively participates in local communities in every city where Aspen Heights has properties across the United States. AHA partners with our residents and contributes time and resources to see communities change for the better.    

Aspen Heights Awake's strategic partnerships provide individuals the relief from the burden of poverty and access to a brighter future through education, leadership development and job creation.  

Russ is also a partner with VGS III, which identifies non-profit organizations with great missions to help the poor and vulnerable around the world, assesses their financial sustainability and works with them to identify their motor vehicle finance needs. VGS then connects with investors with the capacity to lend with interest over 5 years. In effect, VGS acts as the intermediary managing the relationship between the two parties.
